Return/Exchange

What would I do for exchange or return?

If you would like to get an exchange or return, please fill in a form with below information, and contact us
through e-mail or MY Q&A. As soon as we review the form, we will lead you to how to deal with this issue.

If I would like to get a refund, I should...

Items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received. If not, we reserve the right to
refuse a refund on the item.


Products must be returned within 7 days of the Process Date on the order packing slip to receive a refund to
the payment method used on en.koreadepart.com.


We'll check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to
re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

What’s the difference between return and cancel order?

If you ask us to cancel your order before shipping, your order can be canceled and you can easily get a refund
right away. However, if you ask after your order is already shipped out, your order is considered as return,
so it will proceed with the return procedure. Please note this in advance.

How can I cancel my card approval?

If you would like to cancel the card approval, please contact us through My Q&A or e-mail. We will proceed
with the cancellation of card payment right away.

Who will pay for the return shipping and handling charges?

If your product is faulty, damaged, misdelivered or missing, all the shipping and handling charges occurred
during return procedure will be refunded to your Paypal account or given by points.
However, in the case that you’ve changed your mind after receiving our products, regrettably, return shipping
and handling charges are not refundable.

Where can I check if my refund is completed?

To check your payment, sign in our website first with your user ID and password.
Then click "my account" button(on the right top of the page). You can see all of your latest orders
and payment status. If you don’t have our membership, click "my account" button(on the right top of the page),
and enter required information such as order number and order password.
Then you can check and see the order you placed and payment status.

Who will pay for the return shipping and handling charges?

If you’ve changed your mind after receiving our products, regrettably, return shipping and handling charges
should be paid by customer and not refundable.


On the other hand, if your product is faulty, damaged, misdelivered or missing, all shipping and handling
charges will be paid by us.
